miRviewer provides a comprehensive view of all known miRNAs in annotated animal genomes. microRNAviewer exhibits a comprehensive set of miRNA genes both from miRBase and candidate homologs identified using miRNAminer. Additional layers of information, such as conservation, multiple alignments of the sequences, indication of mutated miRNAs, genomic loci and secondary structure, are also available.
